JENNIFER HEATH is available for interviews, lectures, workshops and classes.

She is currently accepting invitations from universities and diverse groups in the United States and Europe to speak about the themes and issues highlighted in The Veil: Women Writers on Its History, Lore, and Politics (University of California Press). These talks center on the history and politics of the veil and offer myriad opportunities for community and co-curricular participation.

Jennifer has been a guest on more than 100 radio and television stations. She is a regular speaker at mosques, churches, universities, schools and women's and community centers on topics ranging from geopolitics to Afghanistan and the history of Islamic women. She has been a guest of numerous Women and Gender Studies Programs, as well as the Women's Islamic Spiritual Initiative, London's IslamExpo, the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, among other varied and important events.
